This page explains what personal data Arhera collects when you use arhera.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to arhera.in and to the messages we exchange with you about your orders.
Arhera is the trading name of a sole proprietorship owned by Hema Pulagam, Hyderabad.
Our address is Flat No. 102, 1st Floor, Rachala Enclave, Lanco Hills Road, opposite Little Angel School, Sri Laxmi Nagar Colony, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089.
Your name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code, so we can take your order and deliver it.
Your order history: what you bought, when, and what you paid.
Messages you send us, on WhatsApp or by email.
Technical data needed to run and secure the site: your IP address, your device and browser type, and the pages you view.
We do not use passwords, so we do not store any.
We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details. Razorpay handles payment on its own pages.
To sign you in and keep your account secure.
To take your order, hold a saree while you pay, deliver it, and handle returns.
To message you about your order.
To answer your questions.
To keep the site working and protect it from misuse.
To keep the records the law requires us to keep.
You sign in with your mobile number. We send a one-time code by SMS through our SMS provider, MSG91. We may also offer to send the code on WhatsApp from Arhera's WhatsApp number. The code is used only to sign you in.
We send order updates on WhatsApp only if you have chosen to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Stopping updates does not affect your order.
If you message us on WhatsApp yourself, we reply there.
We share your data only with the services we need to run the shop. They process it on our instructions.

MSG91, for SMS sign-in codes.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), for WhatsApp messages. This covers the messages we exchange with you there, and an alert we send to our own WhatsApp number when an order is paid, which carries your first name, the order number and the amount.
Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region, which hosts the shop in India.
Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it. Connection data may be processed at its network edge.
Our delivery partner, who receives your name, address and mobile number.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.
We use only the cookies and storage needed to run the shop (your session, cart and sign-in). We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
We keep your data for as long as we need it for your orders, your account, and the records the law requires us to keep. After that we delete it or remove the parts that identify you.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to do the following.
Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
Correct it.
Erase it, except what we must keep by law.
Stop using it where we rely on your consent, for example WhatsApp updates.
Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
Write to [email protected] and we will handle your request. We may ask you to confirm your mobile number first.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
The shop is hosted in India, uses encrypted connections, and limits who can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
